Besta Pharmaceuticals continued its development by investing in a new banding machine and expanding the scope of its Manufacturing Authorization to include Adisan Pharma EOOD for primary packaging activities under contract. The company also welcomed new strategic partners, EurimPharm and ACA Müller, reinforcing its position in the European pharmaceutical market and creating new opportunities for future growth and collaboration.

A significant milestone was achieved through the establishment of a partnership with AstraZeneca. The collaboration further expanded Besta Pharmaceuticals’ portfolio of services and strengthened its expertise in handling medicinal products intended for clinical trials, contributing to the company’s continued growth and industry recognition.

After extensive planning and development, the electronic documentation system was successfully introduced into daily operations. The implementation improved workflow efficiency, strengthened data integrity, and provided greater transparency and control across quality and manufacturing activities.

Following a successful regulatory inspection, the company renewed its GMP certification. This achievement reinforced Besta Pharmaceuticals’ dedication to maintaining the highest standards of quality, operational control, and compliance while continuing to support the evolving needs of its partners.

As part of its commitment to continuous improvement and digital transformation, Besta Pharmaceuticals launched a project focused on developing an electronic documentation system. The initiative aimed to optimize document management, improve traceability, and support more efficient quality and manufacturing processes.

The company continued to expand its manufacturing capabilities through the installation of a machine for applying safety stickers, further enhancing packaging security. During the same year, the Manufacturing Authorization was extended to include activities related to medicinal products intended for clinical trials, opening new opportunities for collaboration within the pharmaceutical sector.

To meet the requirements of Directive 2011/62/EU and support pharmaceutical market needs, Besta Pharmaceuticals invested in a modern serialization line. This technological advancement enabled the company to provide secure product identification and traceability, helping partners combat counterfeit medicines and strengthen patient protection.

The company achieved Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification, confirming its commitment to maintaining the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance.
